The table below lists the specific types of violations that may be generated by ICIS or manually entered. In addition to these automatically generated violations, users can manually enter single event violations. For schedule violations and DMR non-receipt violations, there are also processes that run nightly. For each type, there is a process that runs when certain data related to requirements or permittee performance are entered or edited. For each of these three types of violations, there are one or two automatic processes that serve to generate the violations. ICIS automatically generates three basic types of violations: schedule violations, effluent violations, and DMR non-receipt violations. The violation data includes system-generated records.
